I thought it would a good idea to make a list of all the international versions of Hong Kong films that were dubbed in Rome, the UK and the US.

I'm not really sure where some of these were actually dubbed, but I recognized some voice-actors I heard from dubs that I'm certain were dubbed in Rome / the UK, so I simply assume they were dubbed there too.

If you think you know something about these dubs I don't know or if you know another film that was dubbed in those countries, please don't hesitate to add it.

• DRUNKEN MASTER (1978) – 2nd dub. Listed on Louis Elman Associates' site as one of the English versions they produced.

• PROJECT A (1983)* - Original dub.

• WHEELS ON MEALS (1984) - Original dub.

• MY LUCKY STARS (1985)* - Original dub. Produced by General Screen Enterprises.

• IN THE LINE OF DUTY II (1985)* - Original dub. Some versions omit a scene with Michelle Yeoh arresting a flasher in a book store.
  

• DRAGONS FOREVER (1988)* (?) - Original dub. The voice-actor that dubbed Jackie Chan sounds like the one that dubbed him in ARMOUR OF GOD II. Pauline Yeung also sounds like she was dubbed by the same voice-actress that dubbed Sibelle Hu in MY LUCKY STARS. The end credits list Louis Elman as the one responsible for the dubbing.

• POLICE STORY II (1988)* - Original dub. Produced by General Screen Enterprises.
• MIRACLES (1989) (?)

• TIGER CAGE II (1990) - The original export version (available on the UK VHS and German VHS / DVD releases) had an alternate ending dubbed in Hong Kong.

  The voice actress dubbing Carol Cheng sounds like the one that dubbed her in ARMOUR OF GOD II.

• ARMOUR OF GOD II (1991)* - Original dub. Produced by General Screen Enterprises.

• POLICE STORY III (1992)* - Original dub. Produced by Cine Media Ltd., London, England.

U.S.:

• CITY HUNTER (1993)* (?) - Original dub. Produced by Doug Stone Enterprises.
• CRIME STORY (1993) (?) - Original dub. Produced by Doug Stone Enterprises.
• DRUNKEN MASTER II (1994) - Original dub. Produced by Doug Stone Enterprises.

• THE TWIN DRAGONS (1992) - Original dub. Produced by International Versioning (?) Centre, Inc., Toronto
  

Not sure about these:

• A BETTER TOMORROW (1986) - I've only seen the export trailer for it on youtube and didn't recognize any of the voices. It was distributed by Atlas International, who also distributed the MAD MISSION films, so it could be a Rome dub too.
• MAGNIFICENT WARRIORS (1987)* - Original dub. The voice-actor dubbing Richard Ng sounds like the one that dubbed Sammo Hung in DRAGONS FOREVER, on the other hand Michelle Yeoh seems to be dubbed by the same voice actress as in ROYAL WARRIORS.
