I'm not sure if this is interesting for any of you, but I came a across a site called http://www.cinemasie.com that (I think) has all the DVD / Blu-ray / VCD releases by the Hongkong distributor Megastar listed, among others.

Unlike other Hongkong DVD distributors, Megastar released a number of Hongkong films with English audio tracks included.

So, I simply searched for "Megastar" and looked at the specs of each result. I'm not sure if this is all 100% accurate, but there are also cover scans for most of them and those have English audio listed.

I know some of them are also available on other better releases as well, like "Iron Monkey" and "Prodigal Son", but I'm not sure about most of the others. Some of them appear to be kind of obscure, like the ones for two of the "Happy Ghost" films or the ones for "Curry and Pepper" and "A Bite of Love".

So, here's a list of the releases that include English dubs:
