I figured this was a good idea, and would be a useful way to keep track of which films feature Hong Kong dubbing. Since it's impossible to be sure of which-studio-dubbed-what, I'll refrain from listing dubbing studios with any of the movie titles. While it's likely that Axis dubbed most of Toho's 70's output, we may never know for sure. I figure that films will constantly be added to the list over time. I'll need plenty of help from you guys, so don't hesitate to add any titles that you know of.

A note on different dubbing groups:

The first usually featured Ted Thomas, Chris Hilton, and Warren Kooke. Rik Thomas joined this group in the late '70s before creating Omni Productions in the early '90s. Apparently Matthew Oram (formerly Ninjeryama) ran his own company parallel to Thomas', though some actors seemed to have worked in both.

The international version of THE SECRET OF THE TELEGIAN was released without edits in the US, but the only available version is in black & white. It's unknown if the color version was ever shown in this country.

MATANGO, DOGORA, ATORAGON,  SPACE AMOEBA, GODZILLA VS. MEGALON, TERROR OF MECHAGODZILLA, and the 90's Godzilla films have all had their dubs released in the U.S. on DVD (in the case of the two 70's films, they only have the Hong Kong dub anyway), yet the international credits are still MIA on VHS/DVD releases.

ESPY was edited by UPA. The complete international version has remained MIA in the U.S, and It is unknown if it has been released anywhere. LAKE OF DRACULA's title screen was altered by UPA, but the cuts to the actual film were very minimal, and amounts to only a few seconds of screen time. The international version was released on video in France.

In the case of MOTHRA 3, the international version has been released on online streaming sites such as Crackle.com (though it's since been removed), and occasionally airs on cable, but remains unreleased on home video.
